3. Dja Faunal Reserve
English: The Dja Faunal Reserve is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s largest and most well-preserved rainforests. Located in southeastern Cameroon, the reserve covers an area of 5,260 square kilometers and is almost entirely surrounded by the Dja River, forming a natural boundary. The reserve is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including endangered species such as the western lowland gorilla, chimpanzee, and forest elephant.
